The Regulatory & Compliance Group works with our chemist to review all customer blacklists upfront to ensure submissions are compliant at the onset of a project. This team also reviews all required paperwork, intended claims substantiation, intended distribution (USA/Global), ingredient listings, quants, testing protocols and even reviews corporate mission statements (i.e. vegan, cruelty free, gluten etc.)
Quality Assurance team ensures that all raw material specifications are met prior to formula development.
The Product Development Team is an extension to the lab offering over 35 years of product development experience in the beauty category. This team takes on your briefs and works with R&I to develop formulas on behalf of your brand. We will work through formula development and redirects from beginning to end; keeping a keen eye on the timelines and required testing start-dates. Product development also works with regulatory and packaging engineering to ensure a seamless program.
Our on-site Packaging Engineers work to ensure that intended primary packaging — from either WORMSER GROUP or supplied — are reviewed throughout the early stages of formula development. This team helps to ensure proper materials are utilized and crash-tested to review potential unforeseen challenges.
